The Program:

To rest, relax, re-energise or review your delegates health and fitness.

Get your conference re-energised with a range of activity options such as Pilates , Massage, Tai Chi, Yoga Classes, Personal Training etc.

Alternatively we can organise a health fair that takes a look at the health and fitness of each of your delegates. With individualised assessments such as blood pressure, body fat percentage, cholesterol, blood sugar, and waist/hip ratio our qualified instructors will leave all delegates with an accurate picture of their current health status.
