Art in a Day

Art in a Day is not about perfect brushstrokes, it is about unlocking creativity in a way your team never expects. In this playful and purposeful program, groups earn materials through mini challenges before rolling up their sleeves to create an original office masterpiece. With strategy, collaboration, and a splash of imagination, the process is just as powerful as the finished product. The best part? Many artworks find a permanent home back at the office, sparking pride and conversation long after the paint has dried.

How it Works

The Mission

Your team is challenged to create a striking piece of art that reflects who you are together. The clock is ticking, and resources are limited, so creativity must be balanced with strategy. Whether it is inspired by your brand or an entirely new vision, your artwork must speak as one.

Play Based Challenges

Before paint hits the canvas, teams compete in light-hearted challenges designed to test quick thinking, communication, and collaboration. Performance in these games determines the quality and variety of materials available for the artwork. The better you play, the stronger your palette, and the greater your chance of producing a standout piece.

Lets paint

With brushes, paints, and inspiration in hand, teams step into the role of artists. Negotiation comes into play as roles are assigned, ideas are debated, and designs take shape. The process is a true test of teamwork and time management, as every group strives to balance creativity with a polished finish.

The Winners are…

The final reveal brings it all together. Teams present their masterpieces, often inspired by company branding or shared values, to judges or colleagues. Many artworks end up proudly displayed in offices or gifted as meaningful corporate pieces. The surprise is not in the art itself but in the creativity uncovered within your people.
