Survivor
For teams ready to outwit, outplay and outlast
Split into tribes and take on a series of mental, physical and creative challenges. Strategies change, unexpected strengths emerge and everyone has a part to play before the final Tribal Council. We can tailor Survivor to your group and outdoor location.
Play Offs
For a burst of energy and friendly competition
Bring your people together through a series of playful challenges that test communication, trust and teamwork. Play Offs gives teams room to compete, cheer each other on and discover what happens when they loosen up and play together.
Fish! Workshop
For teams working on the culture they create every day
FISH! takes play beyond the event itself. Through four practical workplace practices, your team explores how attitude, presence and everyday interactions shape the experience of working together. It’s a facilitated session with ideas people can start using as soon as they return to work.

Along with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and qualifications in training, assessment and sport’s coaching, Shane has 20 years’ experience leading and managing teams in the corporate and fitness industry. Outside of the office Shane always wants to be the best version of himself and enjoys reading and researching holistic health or practising daily meditation. Why does Corporate Challenge Events use play for team building?
We use play because its benefits are grounded in decades of research. Play engages systems involved in learning, creativity, social connection and adapting to new situations. Our Play Philosophy puts that science to work: experienced facilitators guide teams through purposeful challenges where people practise communicating, solving problems and working together. The fun is real, and so is the thinking behind it.
What makes your team activities different?
We bring more than a set of games. With over 30 years of experience, 40-plus programs and trained facilitators, we can shape an event around your people and objectives. That might mean an outdoor challenge, a charity program or a workshop, with the right level of facilitation to make the experience count.
What is the Trusted Play Process?
It’s how we take an event from your first enquiry through to delivery and follow-up. We start by listening to what your team needs, then recommend and tailor a program. From there, we coordinate the practical details, prepare our facilitators and deliver the event. You have a clear plan and support throughout, rather than being left to piece the day together yourself.
What if some of our people aren’t keen on team building?
Tell us. Some groups love competition; others respond better to a creative challenge, a shared cause or a facilitated conversation. We’ll consider your team’s personalities, abilities and comfort levels when recommending a program, so participation feels inviting rather than forced.
Do you deliver team building outside Perth?
Yes. We deliver team activities across Western Australia, from the Perth CBD and surrounding areas to regional locations including Bunbury, Geraldton, Albany and Broome.
