Perth team bonding FAQs
What is the difference between team bonding and team building?
Team bonding focuses on helping people connect through a shared experience. Team building can also target a specific way of working, such as communication or leadership. There’s plenty of overlap. We’ll start with what you want your people to get from the day, then recommend an experience that delivers it. You can also explore our Perth team building activities.
Why is play such an effective way to bring people together?
Play has a scientific basis. Research links it to the systems that support social bonding, trust and flexible thinking. In a shared challenge, people get to exchange ideas, solve problems and see strengths in colleagues they may not notice during a normal workday. Our facilitators use those moments with purpose, creating an experience that feels good to take part in and gives the team something meaningful to share.
Do we need to organise a venue?
No. We can bring suitable programs to your workplace or a venue you’ve already booked. If you’re still looking, our Perth Play Partners offer options across the city and further afield. We’ll consider your group size, accessibility needs and the space a program requires before recommending a setting. We also deliver team experiences elsewhere in WA.
Can our team bonding event give back to a WA cause?
Yes. Charity programs such as LEGO Legends and Bikes for Tykes give your team a shared challenge with a tangible outcome for others. If supporting a WA organisation is important to you, tell us early. We can discuss the charity partners and handover options available for your event before you commit to a program.
Can you tailor an activity to our team?
Yes. Tell us your group size, the time available and what you want people to take from the experience. We’ll recommend a program and discuss how it can be adapted.
How can I get a Proposal?
Send us your preferred date, approximate group size, location and how much time you have. Tell us what prompted the event and whether you have a venue or budget in mind. You don’t need to choose an activity first. We’ll use those details to recommend suitable options and explain what’s included.
