Lego Legends is a joyful and purpose-packed experience that brings out your team’s creative genius, while delivering a powerful community impact. Teams earn their Lego through playful, fast-paced challenges; then channel their inner Master Builder to construct an original Lego sculpture. But there’s more than medals at stake. At the end of the event, the real magic begins; teams gift brand-new Lego sets to children through a local charity partner. It’s a playful throwback to childhood wonder… with a grown-up sense of purpose.

Shane and the team have ran many team building activities for us over the years, and what more can I say than their level of expertise are nothing short of incredible! They know how to fully engage our team and ensure everyone has a great time. This years activity was another great programme and what made it even more special was having Melissa from Radio Lollipop come along to accept donations of LEGO to hand out to children in need.

How Play Turns into Purpose

The Mission

Teams are challenged to build an original Lego sculpture that ties into a theme you choose. It’s hands-on, light-hearted and packed with playful energy. But before the building begins, teams must earn their materials through a series of fast-paced games.

Challenge-Based Play

Short, high-energy micro play challenges get everyone thinking, collaborating and laughing. The better teams perform, the more Lego scoops they’ll collect for their final build. These moments spark creativity, fuel connection and set the tone for the bigger task ahead.

The LEGO Build

With their earned bricks and a company-chosen theme, teams come together to plan and build their ultimate LEGO sculpture. It’s a chance to get creative, collaborate, and have some fun. Once time’s up, each team presents their masterpiece to the judges, all aiming to take out the title of most original build.

The Twist

As judging wraps up, the final reveal hits. Every team has helped fund Lego donations for kids through a local charity. A surprise visit from the partner brings it all home. Teams personally hand over the gifts, turning a day of play into a moment of real impact.
