Let the games begin! Mini Olympics is a fast-paced, fun-fuelled program where teams go for gold through a mix of high-energy challenges inspired by the world’s greatest sporting event. But don’t worry, there’s no elite training required here. With laughter, cheering, and some good-natured rivalry, teams compete in Olympic inspired events that test teamwork more than athleticism. Whether you’re tossing, running, balancing or laughing your way to the podium, this is play with a competitive edge. The real prize? Connection, culture and serious bragging rights.

Thank you and your team for a great afternoon at Hagley Park. It was really well run by your team on the ground and the range of activities suited our diverse group. There was a lot fun and laughter, with a healthy dose of competitiveness thrown in for good measure.
Shane and Shaun were awesome facilitators. They both did really well with our large group and were very clear/ easy to understand with instructions. My team was extremely varied in physical capabilities yet the activities catered to all, very well planned!! Awesome outcome. the whole team worked really well together and got a lot out of the day
UCC Coffee Australia’s Finance & IT team participated in the MINI OLYMPICS with Andy as our host. The whole day was soooo awesome! Everyone has such a great time and Andy was an amazing host with such a great, fun personality! Really great laughs, smiles and memories made. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using Corporate Challenge Events in the future.

How it Works
Opening Ceremony
The event kicks off with a playful opening ceremony, where teams are grouped, countries are assigned, and national pride gets loud and creative. Expect chants, costumes, and maybe even a questionable anthem or two. From there, it’s game on.
Play Based Challenges
Teams rotate through a custom selection of Olympic-inspired activities; designed for energy, laughter, and full participation. Think quirky relays, team tosses, target games, balance tests and creative twists on classic sports. Each activity is introduced by an upbeat MC who keeps the crowd engaged and the pace moving. Every challenge is short, sharp, and designed to highlight different team dynamics, sometimes it’s speed, other times strategy, always teamwork.
The Competition
Scores are tallied as the day unfolds, so every point counts. Teams need to communicate clearly, support each other, and play to their strengths to stay in the running for gold.
The Winners Are…
We wrap it all up with a medal ceremony worthy of champions. Gold, silver, and bronze are awarded, but every team walks away energised, connected, and just a little bit proud of how they played.
