Grab your elf hat, it’s time to make some Christmas magic. Santa for a Day is a joyful, purpose-driven program where teams become Santa’s newest recruits, racing to fill their sack with toys for children in need. With budgets to manage, wish lists to fulfill, and bonus challenges along the way, this is festive team building with a real impact. As the program wraps, a special surprise brings the meaning home: your gifts will be handed over to a local children’s charity, ready to brighten someone’s Christmas morning

We would just like to say a huge thank you for organising our Christmas Challenge event for last Saturday. Paul did a wonderful job organising the 2 teams – even when they didn’t wish to be organised!! It was lovely to hand over the reins, that’s for sure! From all the positive feedback on how good everything was and how much fun they all had, we certainly are recommending your company.
Over and above what we imagined! The organisation and attention to detail was above and beyond. It’s always incredible having Tim and his team come out and run programs for us.

How it Works
Welcome
Your team arrives to a festive mission straight from the North Pole. Santa needs help, and fast. Armed with a child’s wish list and a limited budget, your job is to fill a Santa Sack with toys that will deliver the most joy come Christmas morning.
Play Based Challenges
But there’s more than shopping on the schedule. Teams must plan, prioritise, and complete a series of creative and recreational challenges to earn extra funds, unlock bonus toys, and boost their sack’s impact. Every decision matters; do you splurge on one big item, or spread the cheer across many smaller gifts?
Race Time
It’s a race against the clock, and your team will need clear roles, clever thinking, and strong communication to make the most of every minute. At the end of the experience, teams return to Santa’s temporary workshop and place their sacks under the tree, each one packed with care and purpose.
The Twist
Then comes the twist. A representative from a local children’s charity arrives to accept the gifts on Santa’s behalf, sharing where the toys will go and who they’ll support. Suddenly, the points, prizes, and play take on new meaning.
