Suits and fascinators are optional, but competitive spirit is a must, as teams study form guides, place bets, and ride the highs and lows of a full racing card. With a live MC, real race footage, and an auction-style finale, this is team entertainment at full gallop. May the best punters win!

How it Works

Welcome

As guests arrive, they’re greeted by our bookies in the betting ring and handed their race-day starter pack: fun money, a race form guide, and the rules of play. Our Chief Steward then delivers the briefing—this is your race card, your betting options, and the stakes.

The Races

Each race is shown on the big screen, complete with a live caller and the kind of photo finishes that get hearts pounding. Teams scan the form guide, analyse their odds, and place their bets: will it be a win, place, trifecta, or something riskier? With real race footage and full commentary, the excitement builds from the first race to the final gallop.

Competition

Between races, teams strategise, banter, and count their winnings… or lick their wounds. And just when you think it’s all over, we raise the stakes one final time: a Calcutta auction. Teams form syndicates, bid for the top horses, and take a final shot at race-day glory.

Whether they end the night in the corporate marquee or clutching empty betting slips, every team leaves with laughter, stories, and the kind of energy that only comes from placing it all on the line.
